Amira's experience spans psychology, communications, marketing, leadership, and health and wellness. Over the years, she has led communications initiatives, advised organizations on culture and engagement, served in editorial leadership, and moderated youth health discussions.

Her work is shaped by one consistent thread: understanding what people need in order to think clearly, communicate honestly, and operate more effectively in the places that matter most: at home, at work, and within themselves.
